Field Trips

The following field trips may be held before, during and after the Convention.  If you are interested in attending any, please select the options below to book your place.

Bookings for field trips including accommodation close on 14 August 2018. Bookings for field trips that do not include accommodation close on 21 September 2018. Field trips that do not meet the minimum required number of participants for each field trip will not go ahead. As the availability and schedule of the suppliers cannot be guaranteed, the organisers reserve the right to change the proposed list.

The following workshops may be held before and after the Convention.  If you are interested in attending any, please select the options below to book your place.

Workshops that do not receive sufficient participant numbers by Friday 21 September are subject to cancellation and full refunds of workshop fees will be provided. If a workshop delegate cancels their workshop registration on or before Friday 21 September, a full refund of workshop fees shall be made. No refunds are available where cancellation is notified after Friday 21 September.
