The Hotel will charge full accommodation fee per reservation for guarantee of reservations 30 days prior to arrival. Additional person rate of $59.00 per person per day for accommodation would apply (subject to availability). CANCELLATION TERMS: Up to 30 days: No penalty. Between 29 and 14 days: Cancellation fee equal to 1 night for every confirmed booking cancelled will apply. Within 14 days: All rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for number of nights cancelled.

Your credit card will be provided to the hotel to guarantee and secure the booking and in the case of cancellations outside of the cancellation periods below. At the time of booking your card may be charged by the hotel for the first nights’ accommodation. Guests will be required to pay the balance of their accounts prior to or on departure by credit card or cash. Upon arrival to the hotel, a valid credit card will be required for a pre- authorisation of the total amount of accommodation plus $100 per night security deposit. If credit card details are not available, payment of the total of all nights’ accommodation charge, plus a $100 bond per night and photo ID will be required upon check in. CANCELLATIONS: Between 60 - 45 days prior to arrival - Up to 20% of the total accommodation room nights held may be cancelled without charge. The cancellation of any rooms in excess of this amount will result in a non-refundable charge of 50% of the total room nights cancelled. All cancellations must be received in writing. Between 44 and 31 days prior to arrival - Any amendments that result in the cancellation of any room nights will result in a penalty equal to one night of the total accommodation cancelled. Less than 30 days - Any cancellations or amendments which result in the reduction of any room nights, will be charged full cancellation fees for all room nights not utilized.
