The WCPGHAN 2028 Expo will be located at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in Exhibition Hall 1, right beside the Plenary sessions in the Great Hall. The Expo will be an integral and important component of the Congress, with the following major events being held in the Expo:

• Welcome reception
• Morning and afternoon tea and lunch will be served to delegates each day in the Expo
• Scientific posters
• Delegate lounges
• Product learning hubs
• Device recharging stations
• A Social zone

STANDARD SPACE INCLUSIONS

Spaces at the Expo include many items that are often only available at extra cost. All spaces include:

• Exhibition space (from 3m x 3m) 
• 2 x track mounted spotlights
• Hard walling
• Fascia sign (up to 30 characters)
• Power connection (240V, 4amp)
• Exhibitor profile
• Carpeting
• WiFi
• Exhibitor profile with logo and brochure links in app
• Exhibitor listing on congress website

Every space also comes with Exhibitor Staff registrations (see below table for number). Each registration includes name badge, delegate app, morning/afternoon tea and lunch each day and 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception.

ExpoNet, specialists in exhibitions, have been appointed to construct the WCPGHAN 2028 Expo and provide furniture and equipment rental. You will be provided with the ExpoNet catalogue and contact information with your WCPGHAN Expo confirmation.
